Sulfuric Acid is produced in a Chemical Plant from Sulfur and Water. Sulfur arrives as a byproduct of the Oil Refinery (processing Crude Oil into Petroleum, Heavy Oil, and Light Fluid) or can be mined directly. Plastic Bar is also made in a Chemical Plant from Iron Plate and Petroleum. Electronic Circuit requires Iron Plate and Copper Plate in an Assembling Machine. The typical bottleneck in a mid-to-late factory is the Chemical Plant stage: both Sulfuric Acid and Plastic Bar compete for the same machine type, and Sulfur supply from the Oil Refinery is finite per refinery. Running two or more Chemical Plants per Oil Refinery, with dedicated Sulfur and Water input belts, keeps the Rocket Part line fed. As the factory scales, the same Rocket Part line also feeds Rocket ammo production (one Rocket Part + one Sulfuric Acid per Rocket in an Assembling Machine) and ultimately the space rocket's fuel and oxidizer.
