For 1 Processing Unit you need: 20 Advanced Circuit, 20 Plastic Bar, 10 Optical Debrid, 10 Battery—all assembled in an Assembler. Advanced Circuit (Assembler): 10 Copper Plate + 5 Plastic Bar. Upstream, Copper Plate comes from a Smelter (Copper Ore); Plastic Bar comes from a Chemical Plant (1 Petroleum + 1 Water), where Petroleum is refined from Crude Oil in an Oil Refinery fed by an Oil Pump. Optical Debrid (Assembler): 5 Glass + 1 Polysilicone. Glass is smelted from Sand (itself smelted from Stone). Polysilicone is produced in a Chemical Plant from 1 Silicon (smelted Sand) + 1 Coal. Battery (Assembler): 1 Lithium + 1 Iron Plate + 1 Copper Plate. Iron Plate is smelted from Iron Ore; Lithium is mined directly. The Plastic Bar / oil-petroleum sub-chain is the most common bottleneck, as it requires the longest infrastructure.
