In the community's shorthand, such lines are often numbered or named for the player's personal build order, and '28' simply marks one player's iteration in a long series of ever-longer, ever-faster loops. Factorio does not have a technology called 'Logistic Train 28.' What players build under names like that are *blueprints*—user-authored layouts saved in the in-game Blueprint Book.
